dex.place is Dex's home for his projects: downloads, documentation, his illustrations, and donations.
Two ways in
- The world, on top. The home page opens on a 2D side-view pixel world you can walk through. It's optional: a slower, more fun way to reach the same things. The World: controls and saving explains how to play.
- The website, underneath. Scroll down and the world closes like a curtain while the website comes up: menus, readable pages, direct links and direct downloads.
Every file is reachable straight from the website, with no game and no sign-in in the way.

The illustrations in the gallery are Dex's art and are shown only there. They aren't used as decoration anywhere else on the site.
Donating
- Ko-fi takes you to ko-fi.com/dexdonation (another site).
- Personal bank (Vietnamese banking) shows a VietQR code. By default it has no amount in it. Move the slider, from 100,000 to 10,000,000 VND, and the QR code gets that amount filled in. The code is made in your browser. Your banking app shows the account's real recipient name before you confirm.
Donating never unlocks anything. Every file and every part of the world is the same whether you donate or not. Lists of donors aren't connected yet, and the site never shows made-up ones.
Accounts
You don't need an account for anything here. YUKI and YUKI on the web can sign in to a dex account (it's optional in both); the rest of this site doesn't use it yet.
What the site keeps about you
- The world's save stays in your own browser. It holds what you opened in the world and your sound choice. Nothing about payments or donations is saved.
- The server's log writes one line per request: the time, the page address without anything after a
?, whether it worked, its size and how long it took. - The site's own code sets no cookies and runs no analytics scripts. The site is served through Cloudflare.
Still being built
The world is still growing: bosses and other visitors aren't in it yet, and its main character is still being drawn.
